What happens at a session?
You warm up in our wood-fired sauna, cool off in the sea or lake, and repeat at your own pace. Some sessions finish with guided yoga or a sound bath.
Where will you be?
We're a mobile sauna, so we'll pop up at beaches and lakes around Norfolk. Dates and locations go to our list first.
